Responsibilities
Produce high quality, on-brand marketing collateral and communication (one-sheets, brochures, presentations, newsletters, email marketing, and web pages).
Support Creative Director to provide ongoing creative development for Emerson Roger's marketing and communications projects.
Improve brand guidelines and support execution across offices nationwide.
Work with internal stakeholders across the organization to develop creative solutions to their marketing and communication needs.
Develop and design new templates, guidelines and guides for local offices.
Design, format, and update PowerPoint presentations.
Initiate and develop creative ideas for on-brand websites.
Other special marketing, branding and design projects as needed.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Maintain high standards of quality.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles required.
Fundamental knowledge of core design principles. Includes typography, design and layout, and composition.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of web design including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Advanced Microsoft Office PowerPoint skills. Includes animations, image optimization, video, hyperlinks, navigation and charting.
Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
Preferred
Video Editing and design a plus.
