Responsibilities
Coordinate w/ external partners (agencies) to launch and Optimize Campaigns: Daily management of paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This includes setting up ad sets, adjusting bids, targeting, and monitoring budgets to ensure optimal performance.
Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations and apply learnings to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates. Use data insights to make real-time adjustments to campaigns.
Create detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes. Present findings and actionable insights to the marketing and growth teams.
Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience's demographics, interests, and behaviors. Build and refine custom and lookalike audiences to maximize reach and relevance.
Develop and implement advanced audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized ads that resonate with different customer segments.
Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and refine ad creatives and copy that align with platform best practices and resonate with the target audience.
Provide data-driven feedback to the creative team based on performance metrics, suggesting improvements or new creative concepts to test.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Ensure the strategies are aligned with current platform capabilities and trends.
Proactively test new ad formats, placement options, and bidding strategies to identify opportunities for incremental growth and optimization.
Monitor daily spend across all campaigns, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient use of the budget while achieving desired outcomes.
Assist in monthly and quarterly budget planning, providing forecasts based on historical data and expected performance.

Required
5+ year experience working in the B2C tech space, managing paid campaigns at scale in Meta, TikTok etc.
Skilled performance marketer with deep expertise in optimizing paid marketing campaigns to ROI goals
Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, scrappy attitude.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Stays current on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Has empathy for the customer and cares deeply about delivering value with all communications.
