Responsibilities

Develop and execute testing and optimization frameworks to validate initiatives and creatively explore and test programs, messaging and experiences that drive continuous improvement up and down the customer funnel.
Partner with marketing colleagues to ensure consistent and compelling brand narratives across all digital channels, including email, social, content hub.
Partner with the product marketing team to drive effective messaging, define strategies, and execute toward shared KPIs.
Deepen our understanding of customer behavior and market trends to inform targeting, segmentation, and messaging strategies that improve funnel efficacy and revenue growth.
Act as a business owner of your channels and programs; manage forecasts and ROI, measure performance and optimize for the best outcomes.
Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs (with analytics partners), share actionable insights, and report on the effectiveness of growth strategies.

Required

5+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing role with demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies across a variety of marketing channels, preferably within a two-sided marketplace environment.
Fluency across the marketing channel mix with a full understanding of marketing principles and their purposes across the funnel.
Expertise building and scaling successful email and SMS strategies (eg Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sailthru, Marketo) tailored to key customer cohorts that drive GMV growth.
Expertise in designing and implementing A/B tests, growth experiments, measuring results and using outcomes to optimize and scale successful tactics.
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen. You excel at using and analyzing large data sets to illustrate the intricacies of the customer journey and develop insights to improve funnel efficacy.
Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals and targets while managing competing priorities.
Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail and effective marketing material.
Effective cross-functional collaborator and have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor messaging to resonate with specific audiences, and convey complex concepts in clear, compelling terms to all levels of experience.
