Responsibilities

Own Post-Sales Systems Strategy: Design and manage our approach to post-sales systems, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness.
Project Leadership: Oversee project lifecycles from intake through to completion, using Unified Requirements & Evaluation Documents (UREDs) to establish clear goals, scope, and success criteria.
Intake Request Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
Relationship Building: Partner with teams across departments to understand requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate effective communication.
Continuous Improvement: Research best practices and industry standards to ensure our post-sales systems meet the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required

5+ years in revenue operations or product management, with experience in supporting revenue-generating teams and balancing technical and business needs.
Experience managing similar tools, with a focus on optimizing systems like Salesforce, PSA software, or Community platforms to scale processes and enhance user experience.
Ability to document processes, design workflows, and manage projects with a structured, detail-focused approach.
Ability to balance immediate needs with a future vision, considering the scalability and impact of system changes on the organization as a whole.
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across teams, listen to stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively.
Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and able to create processes to support complex systems, prioritizing solutions that make an impact.
Commitment to continuously learning and staying current with industry standards, driving systems toward world-class quality.
