Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize claims processes, focusing on intake, triage, and registration.
Gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.
Identify and align claims business processes with the Guidewire Cloud Solution.
Identify and define key performance measures.
Create business process improvement documentation with workflow diagraming.

Required
5+ years as a ClaimCenter business analyst or similar role in claims management systems.
Demonstrated experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
Proficiency in claims intake, triage, and registration processes.
Knowledge of BPMN or other related workflow improvement methods and tools.
Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (cloud-based solutions preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for business audiences.
Preferred
Industry knowledge in workers’ compensation or similar claims domains.
Relevant certifications in ClaimCenter, cloud platforms, or BPR.
