Responsibilities

Source and recruit exceptional candidates for semiconductor hardware engineering positions in the Power Management Integrated Circuit sector located or able to relocate to Torrance, CA

Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and GoodTime to effectively work with hiring managers and the recruiting team

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for specialized technical roles

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

Provide weekly updates on recruiting progress and market insights
