Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to deliver hardware solutions.
Engage in high-level consultations to uncover client needs and propose value-driven hardware solutions.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between client objectives and hardware capabilities.
Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices and strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware sales or equivalent roles.
Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and business development.
Expert consultation and negotiation skills.
Preferred
Extensive experience in selling POS hardware solutions.
Ability to influence and drive decisions in client engagements.
Experience in managing large-scale client accounts.
Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast market trends.
Track record in leading innovative sales initiatives.
Ability to convey technical hardware concepts to non-technical audiences.
