Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive component and system level test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, inverter, DC-DC and High Voltage BMS.

Design, troubleshoot and maintain End of Line (EOL) testers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation and failure analysis.

Lead homologation test planning and execution.

Required

Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

5-10 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer with focus on power electronics.

Strong expertise in hardware bring-up, EMC testing, test automation and design validation (DV).

Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.

Familiarity with Automotive EMC and Electrical testing standards and practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
