Responsibilities

Assist in the development of reports and dashboards for program and operational monitoring.

Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data.

Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities.

Define business requirements for new analyses and perform ad-hoc analysis as directed.

Maintain data accuracy and identify new metrics through data quality and stewardship functions.

Offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners.

Deliver analytics across various domains including payer functions, ambulatory, acute & post-acute care, and support functions.

Work directly with internal customers and external provider partners.

On-board new team members and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Bachelor Level Degree
