Responsibilities

Serving as the primary client liaison and plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline transportation engineering projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically involving a large project staff.

Collaborating with other market leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, execute strategic plans, and foster strategic relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.

Coordinating with marketing and technical professionals to guide the preparation of proposals and presentation materials.

Participating in interviews and presentations to the client for pursuits and projects.

Serving as Client Service Team leader and pursuit champion, assisting with business development, building client relationships and pursuit efforts for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.

Leading internal business development meetings to present new opportunities and discuss pursuit strategies.

Initiating and maintaining contact with key clients to establish and strengthen business relationships.

Preparing fee proposals, participating in negotiations with clients, and reviewing contracts on behalf of the firm as necessary.

Overseeing project staff and participating in recruitment, hiring, development, and retention activities.

Participating in industry conferences and events to promote STV and expand our network of clients and teaming partners.

Implement QA/QC procedures.
