Responsibilities
Design and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and execute people operations strategies that align with our mission and support virtual collaboration.
Enhance Volunteer Engagement: Create innovative onboarding processes, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs to maximize volunteer satisfaction and retention.
Cultivate Organizational Culture: Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Mentor and Advise: Provide guidance to project leads on team development best practices and leadership coaching.
Optimize HR Systems: Implement scalable HR technologies and analytics to improve efficiency and measure impact.
Develop People Analytics Frameworks: Design systems to collect and analyze data on volunteer engagement, performance, and impact.
Strategic Metrics Development: Establish KPIs and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data to inform strategic initiatives.
Optimize HR Technologies: Evaluate and implement HRIS solutions that support our virtual and global operations.
Enhance Recognition Programs: Create systems to acknowledge and celebrate volunteer contributions effectively.

Required
Extensive experience in HR leadership or people operations at a strategic level.
Proven track record in scaling HR practices within diverse, virtual, or global organizations.
Expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
Passionate about social innovation and aligning HR strategies with mission-driven objectives.
Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles.
Significant experience in HR analytics, data science, or related fields.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, data visualization tools, and analytics software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Experience in virtual team dynamics and remote workforce analytics.
Interest in measuring social impact through people data.
