Responsibilities

As part of a team, carry out required activities to support the global employee lifecycle, including, but not limited to new hire processing, immigration and global mobility administration, company policy & procedure development, labor law compliance, new hire probation management, and termination processing

Streamline HR processes and automate repetitive tasks, ensuring practices and processes are compliant with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies

Lead roll-out of global P&C process and procedures, ensuring processes are scalable as we grow and expand into new countries

Act as a point of contact for P&C Ops co-workers, P&C Business Partners, employees, and managers regarding P&C-related inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing timely, effective and best in class resolution and support

Create and update employee records in our HRIS with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality; perform regular data entry audits

Maintain compliant employee files and records

Enable employee onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to all company policies by country

Engage in, lead and drive diverse projects, actively collaborating cross-functionally and driving initiatives to completion
