Responsibilities

Lead the creation of a global HR reporting strategy, defining objectives, roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
Create and configure dynamic Workday reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
Develop insightful Microsoft Power BI visualizations that inform decision-making.
Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of report data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, maintaining high standards of information integrity.
Develop custom and ad hoc reports to address specific requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and deliver scheduled reports, supporting audits and annual reporting requirements.
Conduct regular audits of HR data and address any discrepancies.
Establish efficient processes for requesting and delivering reports.
Stay informed on new Workday functionalities and advise stakeholders on potential enhancements.
Partner with HR Business Process owners to design reports that support their functional areas.
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years in HR related fields
At least 3 years in HR data reporting and analytics
Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Power BI
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
Intermediate PowerPoint skills
Ability to create, measure, and forecast key business performance indicators
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
