Required

A senior-level HR background with multi-industry experience.
A collaborative mindset that thrives in diverse teams.

A creative approach to addressing challenges and designing people-first systems.
HR Strategy Development, HR Solutions, and HR Innovation skills.
Experience in co-creating human-centered HR strategies.
Knowledge of volunteer management and engagement.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Preferred
