10+ years strategic HR leadership experience
Track record of successful organizational transformation initiatives
Expertise in multiple HR domains (talent strategy, org design, culture, analytics)
Experience with digital transformation and HR technology implementation
Human Resources (HR) Management
HR Policies development
Employee Relations expertise
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in driving organizational change and social impact initiatives
