Senior HRIS Analyst (Dayforce)

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Dayforce HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to assess and analyze current HRIS processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system's capabilities.
Advanced Reporting: create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide accurate and timely HR data for management decision-making.
Collaborate with the IT department and vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Lead or contribute to system upgrades or implementations, including testing, documentation, and training. Partner with functional HR, Payroll, IT, and Plant facilities to coordinate application of upgrades and changes.
Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.
Vendor management: Has a strong working relationship with all HRMS vendors. Directly partners with them to problem solve any system issues, recommended solutions, and testing. Manages ticket queue and customer expectations.
Auditing: Recommends and creates data auditing reports and procedures to ensure the accuracy of all HR data
Compliance: Leads and coordinates annual data compliance processes including: PPACA, AAP, EEO-1, VETS, 1095-C
Represents and leads HRIS activities and resources on cross-functional project teams in the areas of benefits, compensation, compliance and training.
