Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with bold business goals
Architect and execute global programs in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement
Design and implement recognition, retention, and engagement programs that strengthen company values
Navigate complex employee relations challenges with finesse, ensuring compliance and maintaining trust
Optimize, scale, and oversee HR systems, processes, and tools to support seamless global operations in a hypergrowth environment

Required
A proven HR leader with 7+ years of experience driving people strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
A master at leveraging HR tools, analytics, and systems to deliver exceptional results
Deep expertise in global HR operations, including compliance, talent strategy, and leadership coaching
An influential communicator and trusted advisor who can seamlessly bridge strategy and execution
A passion for building resilient, people-first organizations that thrive in complexity
Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
SaaS or fintech experience preferred
MBA preferred
