Responsibilities
Oversee benefits processes, including open enrollment, plan updates, and employee communications.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of benefits reporting, compliance with legal requirements, and alignment with company policies.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefits programs and evaluate their performance.
Administer LOA and FMLA processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of employee leave and provide timely notifications and updates to employees and managers.
Educate employees and managers on LOA policies, procedures, and expectations.
Leverage ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to manage and optimize HR processes, including data entry, reporting, and employee lifecycle transactions.
Generate and analyze HR reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
Utilize Google Workspace and Slack for seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
Assist with employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and other HR functions as needed.
Maintain HR compliance by staying updated on employment laws and regulations.

Required
3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on benefits administration, LOA, and FMLA.
Proven expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN), including reporting and system optimization.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
Experience in a startup environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and ACA compliance.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
Experience in high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
