Responsibilities
Oversee and guide the engineering department towards becoming a leader in compact power density hydraulics.
Take ownership of assigned projects under the Director of Engineering.
Design, analyze, and optimize hydraulic systems using expertise in fluid power.
Translate machine requirements into efficient hydraulic system solutions.
Utilize tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software for engineering tasks.
Ensure commitment to safety standards and maintain meticulous documentation.

Required
Strong understanding of fluid power principles, components, and circuits.
