Responsibilities

Plan, develop, test, and document IAM solutions to support organizational goals.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Okta solutions, including automation of user onboarding/offboarding and multi-tenant integrations.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in IAM tools and processes, with a focus on Okta Gateway and LDAP best practices.
Implement and troubleshoot authentication methods such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
Document data flow and deployment architecture diagrams, detailing Okta integrations.
Manage 24x7 on-call rotations and deliver high-quality technical support.
Automate IAM deployments using Jenkins or similar tools, and integrate with AWS-based solutions.
Stay current with IAM trends, methodologies, and best practices.

Required

8+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management tools and processes.
Proficiency in designing, configuring, and implementing Okta solutions.
Experience with authentication methods such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Knowledge of LDAP best practices and integrating applications using Okta Gateway.
Expertise in cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS, and automation using Jenkins.
Experience with user lifecycle management, including bulk loads and migration between directories.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to propose solutions to complex problems.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar).
Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL, and Linux.
Familiarity with Single Page Applications (e.g., Angular, ReactJS) and integration using JWT and OAuth.
Experience with additional IAM tools like SailPoint, RSA IAM, or Oracle IdM.
Prior experience with WebSphere, JBoss, or similar J2EE application servers.
