Responsibilities

Build integrations between the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform and other enterprise systems including onboarding applications, implementing role-based access control, and fixing issues.

Work as part of an engineering and development team.

Occasionally work outside of normal business hours to accommodate different time zones.

Define requirements with application and ServiceNow teams.

Assist in creating documentation related to integrations and workflows.

Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, testing, implementation, and integration of IAM systems and solutions.

Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.

Ensure audit tasks related to Identity Management are completed on time.

Utilize industry best practices for standards, processes, procedures, tools, and documentation.

Maintain, patch, operate, and monitor IAM systems.

Required

5-9 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform development

Knowledge of integration patterns such as AD, Delimited, JDBC, Web Services/API, and LDAP

Experience in implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD)

Solid technical skills in Identity Management space, including Active Directory

Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions

Hands-on experience with Active Directory operation and Azure/AzureAD management

Ability to script in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JSON

Customer service-oriented with a proactive and positive approach

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field

Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, JSON/REST, SQL, RDBMS, Linux, Windows, and databases

IT Certifications such as MCSE Certification specialization in Identity Management, Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS), and ITIL Foundations certifications

International experience and multiple language skills

Experience with IT Service Management concepts including ITIL, SLAs, and Change Control
