Responsibilities

Completes the quality check of all received transition paperwork ensuring all information is included.
Updates the workflow system to reflect milestone events with the transition process/plan.
Establishes plan in recordkeeping system.
Attaches investments and creates accounts and sources in recordkeeping system.
Interprets plan document and input plan provisions into recordkeeping system.
Inputs fee schedules and prepares plan notices for approval.
Prepares and orders enrollment materials.
Prepares and imports employee census data into the recordkeeping system and maps contribution rates and deferral elections.
Prepares and imports historical payroll data in the recordkeeping system.
Be a resource to assist other lines of business where there is greater demand.
