Responsibilities

Full understanding of the approved Solutions Model tied to the client’s award of business to DSV Solutions

Participation in 'Advance Quality Planning' sessions with new clients validating processes, volumes, and other requirements.

Determine and gain agreement of final design of facility, operating process, equipment type and quantity.

Partner with key functional groups that are part of implementation (HR, IT, Operations, etc.) to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and provide data inputs for those groups where required.

Develop and provide the detailed tasks required for successful implementation to the Project Manager.

Provide tools to site team to track and report on established Key Performance Indicators

Provide labor planning tool tailored to the client’s business and agreed upon operating processes.

Identify and procure all necessary capital expense items to support successful launch of operation.
