Responsibilities

Develop proposals, project work plans, and schedules in collaboration with marketing director.
Negotiate and execute contracts with clients and subconsultants.
Manage client relationships through project development and execution.
Lead the technical team in preparing design development and construction documents.
Coordinate with in-house engineers and outside consultants.
Develop front-end and technical specifications.
Oversee projects through construction administration.

Required

Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university
10+ years of experience
Licensure preferred in Michigan with potential to get licensed in Ohio
Knowledge of IBC and NFPA codes applicable to the industrial and manufacturing sector
Experienced in developing projects using Revit
Knowledge of AutoCAD and BSD Spec Link is a bonus
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills
Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
Ability to work well with others under demanding deadline situations
