Responsibilities

Build and manage internal influencer management department.
Lead initiatives in discovering high-potential influencers for signing and management.
Research, outreach and secure potential brand deals for influencers.
Identify and build relationships with influencers both signed and potential signees.
Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and partnerships with influencers and brands, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial collaborations.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to internal team members & clients.
Track and manage influencer deals, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support to influencers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to deliver high-quality content.
Monitor and respond to influencer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Work alongside senior management to formulate and execute company TikTok Shop strategies.
Establish quarterly revenue goals and ensure the revenue goals are met.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and evolving influencer marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team.

Required

Proven experience in influencer marketing and management, with a strong track record of successful influencer collaborations and campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and content trends.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to close deals with brands and effectively communicate with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
