Responsibilities
Develop, configure, document, and maintain information security solutions.
Install and configure web proxies, SIEMs, web application firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint monitoring software, and vulnerability scanning systems.
Monitor and respond to alerts, ensuring threats and vulnerabilities are minimized.
Evaluate web application security controls and perform validation testing.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented security changes.
Ensure IS security architecture/designs, plans, controls, processes, and procedures align with IS standards.
Design and configure security systems including proxy, remote access, intrusion prevention, data leak prevention, and more.
Deliver secure solutions for complex projects and proactively monitor systems for potential gaps.
Provide expert advice on new security technologies, lead discussions, and validate corporate conformance to industry standards.
Investigate security issues, perform incident handling processes, and participate in system penetration testing and risk assessments.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: Information Security or Computer Science preferred. Other majors will be considered.
Typically Minimum of 4 Years Relevant Exp
Relevant professional certification such as - CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, eWPTX, OSWE, PCI-QSA, PA-QSA, PCIP, CRISC, CGEIT
U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the job. Additionally, a Federal Security Clearance is required
Preferred
Cloud security experience is desirable
Scripting knowledge such as Python and PowerShell is desirable
