Responsibilities
To manage the hosting infrastructure, configure and manage modern IaaS/PaaS
Must have a full understanding of the technical approach, including DevSecOps approach, to be used by the team
Responsible for ensuring the team follows the technical approach
Ensuring that the technical approach is robust, scalable, and maintainable
Manages the technical debt and provides strategic input to their government partners about shared services at OHS
Should have a background as a DevOps engineer, software engineer, or equivalent

Required
Understanding of CI/CD and DEVSECOPS
Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and automation frameworks
In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and database management
Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect)

Background as a DevOps engineer, software engineer, or equivalent
