Responsibilities

Design and develop a variety of digital curriculum assets (e.g., videos, eBooks, interactives, simulations, games, and virtual labs) using a UBD (Understanding by Design) process, including storyboarding, content creation, and alpha/beta testing.

Lead concept meetings, provide feedback on manuscripts, and actively contribute to product builds and user testing in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring product requirements and goals are met on time.

Manage accessibility and quality implementation throughout the product development process, including vendor relations, scheduling, and leading weekly status meetings.

Ensure digital content adheres to guidelines and troubleshoot technical issues.

Provide product training to team members, foster collaboration across teams, and share expertise to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Maintain flexibility and adapt to changing responsibilities and environments, while driving innovation to create differentiated solutions that add measurable value to the product and its users.
