Responsibilities

Drive the development and management of Microsoft’s core technical training for CO+I Datacenter learners.
Develop and maintain global online learning courses for multiple Datacenter programs, complemented by practical hands-on learning activities to ensure comprehensive learning experience.
Work across the organization to build and manage relationships with the Datacenter workforce, leadership, engineering teams, other learning specialists, and key members of the Microsoft Core Functions teams.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and update online learning courses and support the development, practice, and adoption of the CO+I Learning organization’s 'Learning Path' model.
Collaborate closely with CO+I Learning Curriculum Managers, Datacenter field Operations teams, and key technical stakeholders within CO+I.
Lead innovative projects that integrate AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Large Language Models with learning content.
Enhance the learners' experience and efficiency in learning by leveraging advanced technologies.
Create more personalized, engaging, and effective educational experiences.
Drive continuous improvement and maintenance cycles based on feedback and business objectives.
Build and manage relationships with the Datacenter workforce, leadership, engineering teams, other learning specialists, and key members of the Microsoft Core Functions teams.

Required

Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management.
OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management.
OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred

Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND 6+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management.
OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND 4+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management.
OR equivalent experience.
Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
