Responsibilities
Lead the execution of Alaska Marketing & Sales Events, including managing the Onstage Alaska program.
Evaluate event effectiveness and ensure performance targets are met.
Serve as the primary contact for presenters, exhibitors, and business development teams.
Develop and maintain event schedules and analytical tools for ongoing success measurement.
Maintain and enhance event presentations and related materials.
Facilitate virtual Onstage Alaska events.
Assist in executing destination events and activations.
Support project management and asset coordination as needed.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing on presenter recruitment, training, and team development.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer event management; cruise/travel industry experience preferred.
Innovative thinker with a track record of project success.
Ability to manage multiple projects and remote team schedules effectively.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of travel industry products and destinations is advantageous.
Proven ability to motivate and support teams in achieving goals.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
