Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex integration solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.
Gather comprehensive integration requirements from stakeholders to formulate robust technical specifications and architecture.
Establish and maintain scalable integration workflows, ensuring adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
Administer integration environments, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
Conduct rigorous testing phases including unit and integration tests to validate the functionality and performance of integration solutions.
Troubleshoot advanced integration issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain system integrity and uptime.
Drive the adoption of integration best practices and standards across the organization.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8 + years of experience in integration engineering with a strong track record of successful project delivery
Proven expertise in a variety of integration technologies such as ETL tools, API management, messaging, and real-time data processing
Advanced knowledge of application integration best practices and industry standards, integrating between Cloud and on-prem environments
Familiarity with various application integration patterns and techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and adapt quickly to new technologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and driving multi-functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and mentorship
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
