Responsibilities

Collaborate and lead all aspects of the design process aligned with client goals, budgets, and schedule parameters.

Develop space plans, three-dimensional concepts, visual presentations, materials palettes, and assist with aspects of construction documentation.

Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, vendors, and other team members.

Lead the design of interior architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.

Function as a team designer on projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Required

8+ years of experience as an Interior Designer.

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent.

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office suite.

Proficiency in 3D modeling.

The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.

Preferred

AIA, CID, NCIDQ or equivalent accreditation a plus.

Proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience with commercial projects, specifically workplace.
