Produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents
Meet project deadlines and budget constraints
Create 3D visuals to convey design ideas
Select and present interior materials and colors
Interpret clients’ programs and develop space plans

Required
Minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience working for a design firm
Architecture or Interior Design Degree required
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit – Enscape a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience coordinating contract documents for a variety of projects
Ability to visually communicate design ideas
Ability to work independently, shift focus and prioritize workload
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to take ownership of your work, see projects through to completion
