Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analysis of real estate investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
Perform manager due diligence on alternative investments, such as real estate and private credit, including writing memos and presenting new ideas to the Investment Committee.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, providing periodic updates and reports to stakeholders.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies.
Defend investment recommendations and engage in critical analysis alongside the research team and Investment Committee.
Assist in the creation and design of materials used to communicate effectively with clients and advisors across a variety of channels.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
3+ years of experience in investment analysis, preferably within real estate or private markets.
Demonstrable experience running a due diligence process on real estate or private fund investment opportunities.
Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret intricate financial data.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and analysis to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
A desire to grow your network.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and real estate valuation platforms.
Preferred
Experience working in financial services.
Real Estate expertise a plus.
