Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management.
Develop custom workflows, configurations, and enhancements to improve platform functionality.
Ensure that all ServiceNow developments align with best practices and organizational standards.
Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow modules and integrations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.
Implement and enhance Vulnerability Response and Security Operations workflows in ServiceNow.
Collaborate with IT Security teams to integrate vulnerability scanning tools and other security solutions into the ServiceNow platform.
Optimize workflows to address vulnerabilities and manage security incidents effectively.
Design and enhance Change Management processes within ServiceNow to streamline approvals and minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure processes are aligned with organizational goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, and Business Units, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, recommending and implementing upgrades as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management modules.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, or related technologies used in ServiceNow.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred.
