Responsibilities
Remediation Plans Gathering: Collects remediation plans from owners of IT hardware, software, or business applications which have reached EOL. Documents details in central repository.
Data Analysis: Analyzes EOL data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
Reporting: Contributes to IT hardware, software, and business application EOL reporting based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.
Communication and Documentation: Prepares and/or assists with documentation, including routine metrics and supporting narratives. Establishes and maintains supporting EOL procedures and job aids.
Leadership: Leads by example, a forward thinker, and a lifelong student. Mentor junior resources within ITAM EOL and Oversight team, remediation owners, and/or other stakeholders, as needed.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling or Reporting
Preferred
IT Asset Management experience, including knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and/or Configuration Management modules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Includes ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills. Includes a keen attention to detail, ability to identify and interpret data trends, and ability to identify and drive continuous improvements.
Ability to mentor junior resources.
Experience working in an agile environment. Experience with Jira is a plus.
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the prioritization of multiple tasks.
Familiarity of FFIEC and ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT a plus.
