Responsibilities

Drive process analysis, redesign, and improvement across business and IT initiatives.

Deliver quantitative analysis to answer critical questions using various data sources.

Manage root cause analysis, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations in a timely manner.

Partner with different teams to design solutions, document requirements, develop test plans, and drive implementation.

Prepare and present material in a clear and valuable way, promoting knowledge and adoption of solutions.

Promote customer service standards and build effective relationships within the organization.

Participate in team efforts, adhere to company policies, and ensure regular attendance.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required. Combination of education, specialty certifications and experience in related area will be considered in lieu of degree.

Five (5) plus years of professional experience required, including three (3) plus years in designing and delivering process and technology solutions.

Three (3) plus years of project leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering results

Health Care Industry experience strongly preferred.
