Senior IT Oracle EBS Analyst

Responsibilities
Interact with the business customer to support both the IT and Finance sides of Oracle Financials.
Serve as an application (functional and technical) and data expert.
Create Technical design documents and migration documents based on the business/functional requirements.
Developing system enhancements, reports and data integrations into Oracle modules or other third-party systems.
Design, develop code and create unit test plans for ensuring application code is functioning correctly.
Do analytical work to resolving production issues, then either fix the issue (process or program change) and /or define changes needed to fix issue to 3rd party vendor.
Develop and deliver user training and user documentation.
Ability to earn trust and build credibility with clients across technical and functional areas.
Build productive and lasting relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure team and various development teams across the organization.
Able to work independently with business users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Develops and executes system functional or end-to-end integration, regression and user acceptance test plans to check functional and technical solutions, and where possible, makes recommendations for improvement.
Participate in the following activities:
Analyze and plan Oracle EBS upgrades
Create and resolve service requests in collaboration with "My Oracle Support"
Provide production support as per SLAs
Continuously improve system performance and reliability by identifying opportunities for root cause analysis and automation

Required
7 + years' experience supporting and technology of Oracle EBS
7 + years' experience in Oracle Financials development
Oracle Finance Functional and Technical experience in R12
Strong knowledge in PL/SQL scripts, SQL query and UNIX
Strong PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, XML Publisher
Strong functional knowledge in the Financial Functional modules: GL, AP and Fixed Assets
Requirements gathering and documentation
Ability to think critically and solve complex issues
Ability to work independently, while engaging the customer and providing information to team
Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle concurrent responsibilities and tasks under pressure, within required timeframes
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
Oracle EBS: 5 + years (Required)
SQL, PL/SQL: 5 + years (Required)
Knowledge of Oracle ERP concepts and financial business processes
Business degree in Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
Preferred
OA/ADF Framework
Java
Oracle Application Express (Oracle APEX)
