Responsibilities
Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking regulations and IT risk management
Review and resolve complex issues with internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures for IT compliance
Perform assessments and impact analysis of regulatory changes
Assist in the development of IT Compliance Risk Reporting

Required
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Legal, Regulatory Examination, or Compliance
OR High School Diploma or GED and 9 years of experience in the mentioned fields
CRISC, CISA, or CIA certification preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of IT compliance and risk activities
Preferred
Prior experience working directly with IT compliance and/or banking regulations
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks and practices
