Responsibilities

You will provide timely and effective support to resolve a diverse set of technical challenges.

You will contribute to and lead IT projects, assisting with development and architecture of our operational systems that support our community.

Identify and resolve system problems, demonstrating persistence and resourcefulness.

You apply your industry experience into selecting the correct tool or technique for the problem at hand.

You exercise independent judgment in determining how to achieve the final results expected and typically communicate issues and progress on a periodic basis.

Clearly communicate status updates, blockers, reasoning, and assumptions.

Write clear and comprehensive documentation.

Seek out feedback and demonstrate a dedication to continuous improvement.

Required

At least 5 to 7 years of Information Technology support and/or Information Technology system engineering.

Demonstrated ability administrating one or more of our core platforms of Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Atlassian and Github.

Experience with managing Identity Access Management capabilities and principles, such as SSO (Okta), SCIM, OAuth.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to juggle, shift gears and maintain a sense of humor!

Proficiency in industry-standard service management standard methodologies.

Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC2 and/or HITRUST compliance frameworks.

Superb communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable when communicating with multiple roles and teams, adapting communications to a wide variety of audiences.

Demonstrated analysis and assessment capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
