Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance Java-based applications.
Contribute to the architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems, ensuring they are modular, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code across the team.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in production systems.
Work with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to define software requirements and technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Recommend improvements to enhance the development process and system performance.
Develop unit tests, integration tests, and participate in automated testing efforts to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
Participate in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), attending sprint meetings, and delivering high-quality features on time.
Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure the team and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the software architecture and codebase.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
