Responsibilities
Overall support and maintenance of IO2 and related systems
Service level management
Regular PM and ad-hoc monitoring of systems
User support/requirement management
Contract management and support
Impact assessment on changing product functions including impact to integrated systems
Enhancement of existing features, development of new features, and improving performance
Support for existing systems related to development projects
Target IT systems and operational status
Own end-to-end process which includes solution design, build, test and validation, and deployment
Agile development cycle with iteration
Maintain detailed documentation of functional requirements, project materials, architecture diagrams, knowledgebase, etc.
Weekly sync session for progress updates, issue troubleshooting, etc

Required
6 years senior level Software Development work experience
Expert knowledge in Java
Expert knowledge in Docker
Expert knowledge in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)/Agile
Expert knowledge in PostgreSQL/MySQL
Expert knowledge in AWS
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated outstanding written & verbal communication skills, time management and documentation skills
Must be detail oriented
Preferred
Working knowledge or experience with SAP S4/Hana
Working knowledge or experience with Apache Airflow
Working knowledge or experience with Salesforce
Working knowledge or experience with EDI
