Responsibilities
Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications and microservices.
Kafka Integration: Implement and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.
API Development: Build and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient RESTful APIs to support application functionalities.
Database Management: Utilize DynamoDB for database operations, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Spring Security: Implement and maintain security best practices using Spring Security to protect applications and APIs.
Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code, adherence to standards, and best practices.
Unit Testing: Write and execute JUnit test cases to ensure reliability and robustness of application features.
Production Support: Provide technical support for production environments, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in software development.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
Strong expertise in Java, including frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in building microservices and understanding of distributed system design.
Knowledge of Spring Security for implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Strong skills in RESTful API design and development.
Demonstrated expertise in writing unit tests using JUnit or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Proven track record of providing production support in a fast-paced environment.
