Responsibilities

Maintain and build assigned business relationships
Review treatment programs and processes within the territory accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.
Coaching and mentoring of indirect reports as needed
Conduct the necessary site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites
Sell new business and new applications in your territory – develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities.
Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable)
Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements
5+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)
Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems
Project management of complex projects
Strong relationship management skills
Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them
Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports
Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results
Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
Documented results using a consultative sales process

Required

5+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)
Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems
Project management of complex projects
Strong relationship management skills
Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them
Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports
Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results
Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
Documented results using a consultative sales process
Have previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially high pressure boilers and cooling towers
Possess strong relationship management skills
Have documented results using a consultative sales process
Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
Chemical Engineering degree or related
Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree
