Responsibilities

Provide support for timesheet entry and processing in the Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense systems.

Work with end users to resolve timesheet and labor issues

Provide other support as assigned.

Maintain timesheet statistics and data for reporting.

Required

5 + years of Payroll or Accounting Experience.

Experience with Deltek Costpoint.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business. (one year of experience may be substituted for one year of education)

Preferred

Experience in Deltek Costpoint People Module and supporting Deltek Time and Expense.

Preferred experience processing timesheets and resolving issues in the Costpoint People domain.

Preferred working knowledge of Costpoint front-end applications screens, functions, and job processing.

Solid skills in MS 365 (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)

A desire to learn new financial tools and processes.
