Responsibilities
Meet or exceed your assigned quota.
Schedule introductory/discovery call for the sales team that are sales qualified leads.
Rapidly respond to leads from the company’s marketing efforts, lead development and channel partners referrals.
Generate opportunities through targeted list building, outbound prospecting, and calling leads from multiple sources by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics.
Help potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value
Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement appropriate prospecting plans.
Research accounts, identify key players, and develop interest in creating sales opportunities.
Document sales interactions with prospects and customers within SalesForce.com.
Prepare and implement a Lead Development Plan to identify specific targets to drive adoption.
Maintain a high level of knowledge relating to current services.
Maintain and report regularly the status of your pipeline development.
Communicate potential new requirements for new products and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through activity to appropriate company staff.
Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Required
Consistent track record of positive results, quota attainment and raising the level of performance of those around you.
Ability to interact with a prospect’s decision makers to discuss and match key requirements with YMX’ service capabilities.
Demonstrate the ability to execute consultative lead development experience.
Utilizing technology to interface with prospects and co-workers including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Apollo.
With minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems, interpret, and resolve problems and issues using a variety of instructions or guides furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team.
Self-motivated with a firm understanding of consultative selling processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of demonstrated lead development experience, preferably in a cloud software sale in the supply chain industry.
Preferred
Experience with telematics, transportation management systems and/or other related transportation, logistics technology solutions
Formal sales training or familiarity with solution-selling sales methodologies in previous experience.
