Responsibilities
This role involves leveraging various strategies to identify, engage, and schedule prospect meetings and demos, contributing directly to the overall success of our business development efforts.
Drive results: Achieve and surpass sales targets for lead generation, cultivating new prospects, and fostering sustainable growth, consistently exceeding objectives.
Lead Generation: Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads.
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, conferences, and networking.
Participate in relevant industry conferences to network, support the sales team, and create opportunities for lead generation.
Oversee the inbound leads originating from our website or marketing campaigns.
Communication: Develop a communications strategy to convey the value proposition to prospects.
Craft compelling messaging content that resonates with target audiences and addresses their pain points and needs.
Outreach: Engage proactively with potential prospects through outbound calls, emails, and sales engagement platforms to generate interest in our solution.
Develop an effective and targeted prospect list aligned to our target industries (CPG & Grocery Retail).
Qualification: Schedule prospect meetings and product demonstrations (demos) for the sales team with qualified leads.
Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to advance lead opportunities with prospective customers.
Monitor Sales Performance and Reporting: Track all sales and lead generation activities in CRM and Sales engagement tools, monitor performance against targets, and provide regular reports and updates to management. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize lead development efforts.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and product/service updates to enhance lead generation strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of successful work experience in lead generation for a Technology Company (B2B).
Proven experience and proficiency in lead generation, particularly in B2B technical sales and/or platform solution selling environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. (2 years minimum).
Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including market research, cold calling, networking events, and online sales engagement platforms.
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality. Demonstrated ability to persistently follow up with leads, overcome objections, and navigate through challenges.
Expertise in using CRM software and sales automation/engagement tools (Ex: ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
