Senior Lead Management Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Oversee the reporting and analysis of each stage in the lead funnel to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in funnel conversion and pipeline.
Utilize deep understanding of lead management processes to optimize funnel conversions by focusing on inputs and outputs.
Anticipate current and future business needs, analyze end-to-end lead processing, and provide strategic guidance to marketing and sales teams.
Evaluate business requirements, design and develop processes related to lead follow-up and conversion, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Required
6+ years in marketing or marketing analyst roles
Experience in marketing operations at a B2B company; enterprise software experience preferred
In-depth understanding of lead management best practices, with knowledge of the opportunity buying group waterfall model being a plus
Proven experience in architecting solutions across various marketing and sales systems
Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Strong conflict-resolution skills utilizing a data-driven, open communication style, and a positive, customer-centric approach
Ability to influence without authority and develop productive working relationships across marketing, sales, IT, and data warehousing teams
Eager to learn new technologies with a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, work independently, and problem solve under pressure
Comfortable pulling and analyzing large datasets
Experience working in the IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Enterprise industry
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, Drift, and Demandbase (or similar applications)
