Required

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or paralegal, accounting or property management fields having worked in either (or both) the Landlord or Tenant sector.

Working experience with commercial real estate database applications such as ProLease, Harbor Flex or Virtual Premise and accounting software such as MRI or Yardi or other lease management database systems.

Knowledge of AR, billing agreements, rental obligations, and thorough understanding of client agreements including boundaries of scope of work, fee structure, billing frequency and payee information.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.

Strong communication skills.

Strong analytical and technology/database skills.
