Responsibilities

Coordinate calendars, travel, invoicing, and billing for RBC WM legal team.
Provide support in the preparation and production of reports, materials, and presentations.
Process outside legal counsel invoices and prepare/distribute letters, memos, reports, and faxes.
Assure compliance with subpoenas and account levies through monitoring processes.
Maintain litigation calendars, files, databases, and logs.
Keep litigation databases current and accurate.

Required

High School Degree
4-6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with, or interest in, the practice of law
Familiarity with, or interest in, the financial services industry
